NEXT MANAGEMENT LLC ("the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and related laws, and handles your personal information with care.
1. Information We Collect
Email address (for order confirmation and QR code delivery)
Payment information (processed by the payment provider; the Company does not store card numbers)
Name and billing address, where your payment provider supplies them (card and PayPal payments) — kept with the order record to complete the payment and to meet tax and accounting record-keeping obligations
Inquiry details
The IP address and browser information (User-Agent) recorded at the time of your order — an eSIM is delivered immediately after payment and cannot be recovered, so the Company keeps these with the order record to the extent needed to address impersonation, fraudulent payment, and chargeback disputes, and deletes them one year after the order
Card and payment-screening details supplied by your payment provider at the time of payment — the card’s issuing country and brand, whether it is a credit, debit or prepaid card, the results of the provider’s card verification and 3-D Secure checks, the provider’s own fraud-screening result, and, where the provider supplies them, a pseudonymous card identifier that cannot be converted back into the card number and the first six digits of the card number (BIN). The Company does not receive or store the full card number. These are kept with the order record for the same fraud-prevention and chargeback purposes and deleted one year after the order
2. Purpose of Use
To issue and deliver eSIMs, send order confirmations and QR codes, provide customer support, and comply with applicable laws.
3. Third-Party Provision
To issue the eSIM, necessary information may be provided to the telecommunications provider (a Korean carrier). We do not provide information to any other third party except as required by law.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand how this site is used. They are not needed to browse or to buy, and we do not use them for advertising. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, analytics cookies are not set unless you accept them on your first visit. Where you accept, the recipient of the analytics data is Google.
If you arrive through a partner or comparison site, we also set a first-party referral cookie (nxm_ref, 90 days) that records which site referred you, so the referring partner can be credited for your purchase. It contains only the partner's identifier — never your personal information — and is not used for advertising. In the regions above it follows the same choice as analytics cookies: it is set only if you accept.
