These Terms set out the conditions of use for the eSIM sales service "NX MOBILE" (the "Service") provided by NEXT MANAGEMENT LLC (the "Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service sells eSIMs (data, voice, and SMS) using the Republic of Korea's official SKT network, intended for foreign travelers visiting Korea.
The contract for use of the Service is formed when the customer applies through the method specified by the Company and credit card payment is completed.
Fees are the amounts shown for each plan (Japanese yen, tax included). Payment methods include credit card (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club / Discover) and any other method shown on the checkout page.
After payment is completed, we will send the eSIM QR code to your registered email address, usually within a few minutes. The plan period begins once you arrive in Korea and receive a local signal (it does not begin if you complete setup in advance outside Korea).
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the separately established "Refund & Cancellation Policy."
Customers may not resell the Service, engage in conduct that violates applicable law, or infringe on the rights of the Company or any third party.
1. The Company is not liable for communication failures or damages arising from the network conditions of the telecommunications carrier (SKT), the customer's device environment, natural disasters, or other causes beyond the Company's control.
2. Even where the Company is liable to the customer for damages in connection with the use of the Service, except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company's liability shall be limited to the amount the customer paid to the Company for the relevant product.
The Company handles customers' personal information appropriately in accordance with the separately established "Privacy Policy."
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered address as the court of first instance.
